The Farm Restaurant
Farm-to-table dining with on-site hydroponic gardens
About
The Farm is Seven Stars Resort & Spa's newest restaurant, and it takes farm-to-table dining seriously—literally. An on-site hydroponic farm produces six tons of fresh vegetables annually across 24 varieties of greens and microgreens, all harvested steps away from your plate. The open-air setting puts you face-to-face with this innovation while you dine.
Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo (two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year) and celebrity chef Amanda Freitag collaborated on a menu that celebrates vibrant, vegetable-forward cooking. You'll find curated herbs, leafy greens, and bold microgreens in every dish—this isn't a token salad spot, but a genuine commitment to fresh, flavorful produce that rarely travels more than yards to your table.
Expect a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere befitting a luxury resort. The hydroponic approach means peak freshness and longer shelf life, so every ingredient tastes as good as it looks. Reservations are a smart move, especially during peak season.
